Shipping policy
We only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This is to minimise the possibility of your chocolate sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend. If we are experiencing extremely hot weather, we will delay your shipment.
We ship our products via Australia Post's Express Post service to ensure you receive your chocolates as quickly as possible. For most addresses within Australia, delivery will be within 24 hours of dispatch, however we do suggest you check on the Australia Post website for an accurate delivery timeframe. Our dispatch postcode is 2103.
The link below takes you to the Australia Post website where you can see estimated delivery timeframes. If you, or we, are in the middle of a heatwave, we will hold off sending your chocolates and will contact you to tell you so.

We take every precaution to ensure your chocolates reach you in perfect condition. We use foil bubblewrap, dry ice packs and use only Express Post services.
We cannot be held responsible for lost of damaged goods due to the delivery service provider.
