Refund policy
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not offer replacements or refunds due to the damage of chocolate caused by the delivery provider.
